Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period
New customers receive a 14-day free trial. No charges are incurred during this time. You can end the service at any time before the trial expires without giving any reason – and without any costs.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
For consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SUPPLiot GmbH, Guntherstraße 6, 2301 Groß-Enzersdorf, Austria, hello@suppliot.eu) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
Loss of right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal for digital services expires if performance has begun and you have expressly agreed to this and confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
By activating your Fredi account, you agree to immediate performance and confirm your knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
- There is no refund for the current billing period after the subscription is activated.
- A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Full access to the platform is maintained until cancellation takes effect.
4. Annual Subscriptions (if available)
With annual prepayment, we will refund on a prorated basis for remaining full months after deducting a processing fee of 10% of the annual fee, if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days after renewal.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades are activated immediately. The difference for the remaining month is charged on a prorated basis.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is provided for the current month.

7. Payment Processing
Refunds are processed via Paddle (paddle.com). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
